Shipping

We ship within the United States only via USPS.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS, Good Fortune Gatherings is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact your local post office and file a claim with USPS directly.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We understand this may be disappointing, and we take great care to accurately represent all products on our website. Please review product descriptions, photos, and dimensions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a resolution, you must:

•       Email us at hello@goodfortunegatherings.com with your order number

•       Include clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging

•       Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date shown on your tracking

Once we review your claim, we will offer either a replacement item (subject to availability) or store credit for the value of the affected product. We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies as damaged or defective.

Custom & Bulk Orders

Custom or bulk table setting orders are available by request and subject to current stock availability. Please contact us before placing a custom order to confirm availability. All custom and bulk orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once confirmed.
